ORDER

The motion to waive fees is GRANTED for this appeal only.

The delayed application for leave to appeal is DENIED because defendant has failed to establish that the trial court erred in denying the motion for relief from judgment.

The motions to amend the delayed application for leave to appeal are GRANTED and the amended delayed applications are accepted.

The motion for release on bond is DENIED. The motion to compel the trial court to provide defendant with portions of the record is DENIED.

The motion to compel the trial court to resolve the motion for reconsideration regarding the July 18, 2018 phone call between defendant and his trial attorney is DENIED.

The motion to order the trial court to provide defendant with the trial court record and to stay proceedings is DENIED.

The motion to increase the page limit of the delayed application is GRANTED.
