Appeal from a judgment of the Monroe County Court (John R. Schwartz, A.J.), rendered September 6, 2005. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a nonjury verdict, of robbery in the first degree, robbery in the second degree and criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree.
