ORDER
Michael F. Gadola, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
The motion for immediate consideration is GRANTED.
The motion to withdraw as counsel and to appoint substitute counsel is also GRANTED. This case is REMANDED to the trial court, which shall enter an order appointing substitute appellate counsel for defendant-appellant within 14 days after the date of this order. The trial court shall send a copy of the order appointing substitute appellate counsel to the Clerk's Office of this Court within seven days after entry.
This Court retains jurisdiction.
