Appellant having moved for a default judgment and other relief on the motion for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate an order of the Court, entered June 17, 2021, affirming as modified a judgment of the Cattaraugus County Court, entered August 3, 2016, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that insofar as appellant requests a default judgment, the motion is dismissed as moot, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise dismissed.

Memorandum: By order entered May 3, 2024, the motion for a writ of error coram nobis was denied.
