(Ventura County)

Miguel Angel Viveros appeals a judgment of the superior court following his conviction for unlawful driving or taking a vehicle (Veh. Code, § 10851, subd. (a); receiving stolen property (Pen. Code, § 496d, subd. (a); identity theft (id., § 530.5, subd. (c)(1); possession of a controlled substance (Health & Saf. Code.§ 11377, subd. (a); possession of drug paraphernalia (id., § 11364, subd. (a); and driving on a suspended or revoked license (Veh. Code, § 14601.1, subd. (a)).

We appointed counsel to represent Viveros on this appeal. After examination of the record, his counsel filed an opening brief requesting the court to make an independent review under People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436.

On April 19, 2018, we sent a letter advising Viveros that he had 30 days within which to personally submit any contentions or issues that he wished us to consider. He has not filed a supplemental brief or responded to that letter.

After examination of the record, we are satisfied that no arguable issues exist. (People v. Wende, supra, 25 Cal.3d at pp. 441, 443.)

The judgment is affirmed.

NOT TO BE PUBLISHED.
