Appeal from the Supreme Court, Richmond County (Felig, J.).


Judgment affirmed.

Defendant's confessions were voluntary ( see, Culombe v Connecticut, 367 U.S. 568; People v. Tarsia, 50 N.Y.2d 1), and the sentence imposed was not excessive ( see, People v. Suitte, 90 A.D.2d 80). Lazer, J.P., Gibbons, Thompson and Niehoff, JJ., concur.
