ORDER

On order of the Chief Justice, the motion of defendant-appellant to amend his application for leave to appeal to include motions to remand and to conduct an evidentiary hearing is GRANTED. The motions to remand and to conduct an evidentiary hearing remain pending. On further order of the Chief Justice, the motion of defendant-appellant to waive the filing fees for the motions is GRANTED.
