Motion to amend remittitur to conform to the mandate of the Supreme Court of the United States granted. Return of remittitur requested and, when returned, it will be amended to read as follows: Judgment reversed and a new trial ordered, at which trial all evidence of defendant's confession shall be excluded ( Miranda v. Arizona, 384 U.S. 436, 493-494 [revg. 15 N.Y.2d 970, 16 N.Y.2d 614]).
