Appeal from Judgment of Ontario County Court, Craig J. Doran, J.—Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 3rd Degree.

Judgment unanimously affirmed. Counsel's motion to be relieved of assignment granted ( see People v. Crawford, 71 A.D.2d 38, 421 N.Y.S.2d 485 [1979] ).
