Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Kings County, rendered March 20, 1956, after a jury trial, convicting him of robbery in the second degree, petit larceny and assault in the third degree, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to serve a term of 7 1/2 to 15 years. Judgment affirmed. No opinion. Ughetta, Acting P.J., Kleinfeld, Christ, Hill and Rabin, JJ., concur.
