Defendant having moved for an enlargement of time in which to file a notice of appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, rendered on or about January 5, 2015, and for leave to prosecute said appeal as a poor person, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
