Appellant having moved to consolidate appeals taken from the order of Onondaga County Court, dated June 4, 2014 and the judgment of Onondaga County Court, rendered August 14, 2015,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Philip Rothschild, Esq. dated November 15, 2016, the notice of said motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeals from the order of Onondaga County Court, dated June 4, 2014 and the judgment of Onondaga County Court, rendered August 14, 2015 are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals.
