Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the Ulster County Clerk is directed to release to Theodore J. Stein, Esq., a copy of those grand jury minutes previously provided to defendant's trial counsel.
