DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for extension of time to perfect appeal.

Motion for review of order of Columbia County Court extending the term of the grand jury, application of Columbia County District Attorney for order extending the term of the grand jury and associated documents, for release of said order, application and associated documents, and for further relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal is granted and the time is extended to December 19, 2019, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for review of the order of Columbia County Court extending the term of the grand jury, the application of the Columbia County District Attorney for an order extending the term of the grand jury and associated documents, for release of said order, application and associated documents, and for further relief is granted only to the extent that Columbia County Court is directed to review and make appropriate redactions to said order, application and associated documents, and to release to John Ferrara, Esq., a copy of so much thereof as bears upon the issue of compliance with subdivision 1 of section 190.15 of the Criminal Procedure Law.
