OPINION
THE COURT
On August 8, 2000, in Stanislaus Superior Court case No. 1002315, appellant, Peter Andrew Valladares, pled no contest to one count of grand theft (Pen. Code, § 487, subd. (a)). After Valladares waived time and the preparation of a probation report, the court placed him on three years probation on condition that he serve 90 days local time. The court also ordered Valladares to pay $10,000 in direct victim restitution.
On June 27, 2002, in case No. 1025275, Valladares pled no contest to one count of issuing a check with insufficient funds (Pen. Code, § 476a) and admitted an on-bail enhancement. In case No. 1024984, Valladares pled no contest to one count of grand theft. In case No. 1002315, the court dismissed allegations that he violated his probation. After Valladares waived time and the preparation of a probation report, the court placed him on three years probation on condition that he serve 90 days local time. The court also ordered Valladares to pay direct victim restitution of $41,850 in case No. 1025275.
Valladaress appellate counsel has filed a brief which summarizes the facts, with citations to the record, raises no issues, and asks this court to independently review the record. (People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436.) However, in response to this courts invitation to submit additional briefing on June 23, 2003, Valladares filed a brief raising several issues. We have considered these issues and find there is no merit to any of them.
Further, following independent review of the record we find that no reasonably arguable factual or legal issues exist.
The judgment is affirmed.
