Motion for extension of time to perfect appeal from oral decision, for remittal to the County Court of Albany County for issuance of a written order in conformity with L 2004 ch 738, § 23, and for further relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion for remittal of the matter to the County Court of Albany County for the issuance of a written order is granted, and it is further
ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal and for further relief is denied, as academic.
