Appeal from Children's Court of Albany County.


On the trial only two witnesses testified; the complainant and the defendant. After reviewing the testimony the Children's Court Judge concluded the allegations of the complaint had been sustained. The proof sustains the finding. Order affirmed, without costs. Foster, P.J., Heffernan, Brewster and Bergan, JJ., concur; Deyo, J., dissents. [See post, p. 869.]
