ORDER MODIFYING OPINION AND DENYING REHEARING

THE COURT:

It is ordered that the opinion filed on January 25, 2011, be modified as follows:

On page 6, in the last paragraph, the second sentence beginning “The evidence at trial established” is deleted and replaced with the following:

The evidence at trial established that Deputy Steele called Maxjean’s telephone number and that the person who answered the telephone identified herself as Ude.

There is no change in the judgment.

Appellant’s petition for rehearing is denied.
