An appeal having been taken from the judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about October 13, 2016, and said appeal having been perfected, And defendant-appellant, pro se, having moved for an enlargement of time in which to file a pro se supplemental brief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of adjourning the perfected appeal to the April 2019 Term, and defendant-appellant is directed to file his supplemental brief on or before January 28, 2019, for that Term.
