DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION (Index No. 2017-847.)

Motion for extension of time to perfect appeal and for injunction.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, only to the extent that the time to perfect the appeal is extended to January 22, 2019, and the motion is in all other respects denied. It is noted that no further extensions of time to perfect will be granted absent an unanticipated and extraordinary excuse for the delay.
