DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to direct the respondent to provide the appellant's retained counsel with unredacted copies of the respondent's trial exhibits on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered October 31, 2022.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to direct the respondent to provide the appellant's retained counsel with unredacted copies of the respondent's trial exhibits is granted, the respondent shall provide the appellant's retained counsel with unredacted copies of the respondent's trial exhibits on or before April 19, 2023, and the motion is otherwise denied.
