Appeal from the Supreme Court, Kings County (Potoker, J.).


Judgment affirmed.

Defendant challenges his conviction for attempted arson in the second degree. We have reviewed the contentions with respect thereto and find them to be without merit ( see, People v Trepanier, 84 A.D.2d 374). Gibbons, J.P., Bracken, O'Connor and Brown, JJ., concur.
