Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the District Court of Suffolk County, Traffic and Parking Violations Agency, dated January 13, 2022, to serve and file a late affidavit of errors.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further, ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the appeal is dismissed.

Appellant failed to properly take the appeal as required by CPL 460.10 (3) (c).
