PRESENT:

Respondent having moved to dismiss the appeals taken from the judgments of the Cayuga County Court, rendered May 22, 2014, on the ground that appellant has failed to perfect timely said appeals,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Christopher T. Valdina, Esq. dated April 11, 2017, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the affirmation of Matthew Borowski, Esq. dated April 21, 2017, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeals are dismissed without further order unless the appeals are perfected on or before August 1, 2017.
