Leave to Appeal Denied.

No. 123468. The Court of Appeals correctly applied the analysis found in People v. Carines, 460 Mich 750 (1999), as the plain error rule of Carines, supra, has superseded the automatic reversal rule of People v. Smith, 396 Mich 109 (1976). Court of Appeals No. 232094.

CAVANAGH and KELLY, JJ. We would deny leave to appeal without further comment.
