MOTION DECISION

PRESENT: Hon. David Friedman, Peter H. Moulton Saliann Scarpulla Bahaati E. Pitt-Burke, Justice Presiding, Justices.

An appeal having been taken to this Court from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, rendered on or about May 08, 2017,

And defendant-appellant having moved for an order unsealing the affidavit and any documents or transcripts related to a certain search warrant application and enlarging the record on appeal to include such materials, And a previous order of this Court entered on April 21, 2022 having held the motion in abeyance pending in camera review of an unredacted version of the affidavit and any documents or transcripts related to the subject search warrant, for a determination as to whether they should be unsealed;

And the People having submitted the unredacted version of said materials to this Court under seal as directed by the previous order, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is ordered that defendant-appellant's motion is denied.
