DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered July 30, 2003, which was dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 18, 2006. Motion by the appellant for leave to renew and reargue his prior motion to vacate the dismissal of the appeal, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 18, 2006.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
