Motion to dismiss appeal granted. Under section 517 of the Code of Criminal Proceduce, no appeal lies to this court from an order denying a motion for a free copy of minutes ( People v. Grier, 24 A.D.2d 417). The application to the County Court cannot be deemed a special proceeding (CPLR 7804, subd. [b]). Gibson, P.J., Reynolds, Aulisi, Staley, Jr., and Gabrielli, JJ., concur.
