An appeal having been taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about July 11, 2018, And defendant-appellant, by assigned counsel, having moved for an order unsealing certain documents in the trial court files to the extent of allowing access solely to the parties for purposes of presenting issues and arguments on the appeal from the aforesaid judgment, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, it is Ordered that that the motion is denied.
