People v. Trimarchi

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Fourth Department
Oct 1, 1920
193 App. Div. 968 (N.Y. App. Div. 1920)

Opinion

October, 1920.

Judgment of conviction and order reversed and new trial granted, upon questions of law only, the facts having been examined and no error found therein. Held, that the defendant was not given the full benefit of the rule respecting evidence of good character, and that the exceptions to rulings of the trial court in charging the jury upon that question are well taken. All concur.
