On October 25, 2017, this court issued an opinion upholding a term of then 17-year-old T.P.'s probation that required her to submit to a search of her electronics, including passwords, at the request of a probation officer or peace officer. Review was granted by the California Supreme Court "pending consideration and disposition of a related issue in In re Ricardo P." (2019) 7 Cal.5th 1113. On October 16, 2019, the California Supreme Court transferred this case to this court with directions to vacate its decision and reconsider the cause in light of Ricardo P. (See Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.528(d).) In response to our inquiry regarding whether passage of time has rendered the probation condition moot, the parties advised this court that T.P.'s wardship was vacated by the juvenile court on or about January 25, 2019. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal as moot.
