PEOPLE OF MICHIGAN v. MARCOS ANTONIO TORRES

LC No. 22-048931-FC

ORDER

Michael F. Gadola, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motion to extend time to file a Standard 4 brief is DENIED. This order is without prejudice to the filing of a subsequent motion to extend time to file a Standard 4 brief that either specifies a specific reasonable date by which defendant would file a Standard 4 brief or that provides the proposed Standard 4 brief with the motion. It is not reasonable to request a 12-month extension for the filing of a Standard 4 brief.
