DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion to enlarge record on appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the Washington County Clerk's Office is directed to release to Alberto Ebanks, Esq., a copy of the grand jury minutes in this matter, which shall not otherwise be copied, reproduced or provided to anyone else, including defendant, and it is further

ORDERED that the Washington County Clerk's Office is directed to forward to the Clerk of this Court a copy of said grand jury minutes, confidentially and under separate cover.
