Appellant having moved for reassignment of counsel on the appeal taken from a judgment of the Ontario County Court, rendered August 24, 2016,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that Leanne Lapp, Esq. is relieved of her assignment, and
It is further ORDERED that the Ontario County Assigned Counsel Administrator is directed to provide this Court with an attorney who is willing and able to accept this assignment.
