Attorney Regulation. The Presiding Disciplinary Judge accepted the parties' Conditional Admission of Misconduct and disbarred Respondent, Kenneth G. Torrence, in this reciprocal discipline action for committing a felony in the State of Texas consisting of respondent's unlawful participation in a combination and in the profits of a combination of theft for over twenty thousand dollars, for which the State of Texas permanently enjoined respondent from practicing law in Texas. Respondent's conduct violated C.R.C.P. 241.6(3), C.R.C.P. 241.6(5), prior DR 1-102(a)(3) and DR 1-102(a)(6). Respondent failed to report the conviction and resulting sanction in Texas in violation of C.R.C.P. 241.16(b). Respondent was ordered to pay restitution and the costs of the proceeding.
