PEOPLE v. TITTLE.
The petition for review filed by defendant Tyrone Tittle is granted, and the matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, Second District, Division One, with directions to vacate its decision and to reconsider the cause in light of People v. Sasser (2015) 61 Cal.4th 1, 186 Cal.Rptr.3d 540, 347 P.3d 522 with respect to the enhancements imposed under Penal Code section 667.5, subdivision (b), on the subordinate determinate term. The petition for review filed by defendant Kevin Jackson is denied.
