Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Kings County, rendered March 3, 1960, after a jury trial, convicting him of robbery in the first degree, rape in the first degree, attempted rape in the first degree, sodomy in the first degree, grand larceny in the first degree, kidnapping, abduction, and assault in the second degree, and sentencing him to serve a total term of 55 years to life. Judgment affirmed. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Ughetta, Christ, Pette and Brennan, JJ., concur.
