2002-04952.

Decided December 15, 2003.

Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Angiolillo, J.), rendered April 25, 2002, convicting him of attempted murder in the second degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.
