ORDER MODIFYING OPINION AND DENYING PETITION FOR REHEARING; CHANGE IN JUDGMENT

FYBEL, J.

It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on June 21, 2007, be modified as follows:

1. In the last sentence of the last paragraph starting on page 32 and continuing to page 33, beginning “Further, any objection,” delete the phrase “decided People v. Joy (2004) 125 Cal.App.4th 318, review granted March 16, 2005, S130795, holding,” and replace it with the word “held.”

2. On page 34, item 4. of the Disposition is renumbered as item 5. and a new item 4. is added as follows:

4. The three-year enhancement pursuant to Health and Safety Code section 11370.2, subdivision (c) is stricken on count 24.

There is a change in the judgment.

The petition for rehearing is DENIED.
