In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, Fourth District, is directed to vacate its judgment in People v. Tillman , case Nos. 4-21-0258, 4-21-0259, 4-21-0265, 4-21-0266 cons. (05/25/22). The appellate court is directed to consider the effect of this Court's opinion in People v. Stewart , 2022 IL 126116, on the issue of whether the defendant is eligible for Class X sentencing and determine if a different result is warranted.
