PEOPLE v. THREATS (DERLYN RAY)
Extension of time granted
The application of the Superior Court of San Diego County for an extension of time to prepare, certify for accuracy and send the record as corrected to the California Supreme Court, filed on September 17, 2018, is granted.
The Superior Court of San Diego County is directed to complete and deliver the clerk's and reporter's transcripts on appeal pursuant to California Rules of Court, rule 8.622(e) on or before January 4, 2019.
Within 30 days after the date of this order and every 30 days thereafter until the corrected record on appeal is filed, counsel for appellant, Deputy State Public Defender Jessica Oats, is ordered to publicly file in this court and serve upon the superior court a status report regarding the progress toward completion of the corrected record.
