Order

On order of the Chief Justice, the motions of The Innocence Project, Inc., to file a brief amicus curiae, to extend the time for doing so, and to have five minutes of oral argument time separate from that of the parties are GRANTED. On further order of the Chief Justice, the motion for the temporary admission of out-of-state attorney Lauren Gottesman to temporarily appear and practice in this case under MCR 8.126(A) is GRANTED.
