ORDER
Douglas B. Shapiro, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
The "motion to strike prior counsel's appellate brief, and replace" is treated as a motion to withdraw the appellant's brief filed on March 7, 2023 and is GRANTED. The March 7, 2023 brief is considered as withdrawn, and the appellant's brief received on April 2, 2023 is accepted for filing as appellant's brief on appeal. The prosecutor may file an amended brief on appeal within 35 days of the Clerk's certification of this order.
