ORDER

The motion for reconsideration is DENIED. Appellant failed to file the application within the time period required by MCR 7.205(A)(4). The six-month period cannot be counted from entry of the order deciding appellant's motion for reconsideration because the motion was not filed within the initial 21-day appeal period. MCR 7.205(A)(1) and (4)(a). When appellant moved for reconsideration of the June 21, 2021 order, no prisoner mailbox rule applied to motions for reconsideration. MCR 1.112 took effect on September 1, 2021. See Michigan Rules Changes, 507 Mich(2021).
