PRESENT:

Respondent having moved for permission to file a respondent's brief in excess of the page limitation prescribed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1000.4(f)(3) on the appeal taken from the decision and order of the Oswego County Court dated March 2, 2016,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Mark Moody, Esq., dated December 1, 2016, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and respondent is permitted to file a 125 page brief, and

It is further ORDERED that the time to file and serve a respondent's brief is extended to January 18, 2017, and

It is further ORDERED that the time to file and serve a reply brief is extended to February 2, 2017.
