Appellant having applied for permission to file an oversized brief on the appeal taken from a judgment of County Court, Oswego County, rendered October 28, 2015,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the application, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted to the extent that appellant is permitted to file oversized briefs containing no more than 18,000 words.
