THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, RESPONDENT, v. DAVID TETRO, JR., DEFENDANT-APPELLANT.


PRESENT:

Appellant having moved for permission to file an oversized brief on the appeal taken from a judgment of Oswego County Court, rendered October 28, 2015, and for other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and appellant is permitted to file oversized briefs containing 16,133 words, and

It is further ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeal is extended to September 13, 2019, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
