Appellant having moved for reassignment of counsel on the appeals taken from the judgments of the Monroe County Court, rendered August 16, 2012,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Jeffrey Terborg sworn to September 13, 2014, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied.
