Appellant, pro se, having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a reply brief to the People's response to his motion for a writ of error coram nobis related to the appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Monroe County, rendered August 16, 2012, and for other relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the motion for an extension is granted and the time for appellant to file and serve his reply brief is extended to January 31, 2022, and

The motion is DENIED in all other respects.
