Appellant having moved to consolidate the appeals taken from the judgments of Genesee County Court rendered January 11, 2010 and February 11, 2010,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Bridget L. Field, Esq. dated October 4, 2011, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeals from the judgments rendered January 11, 2010 and February 11, 2010 are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals.
